2021-2022 Academic Year Erasmus+ KA103 Student Mobility and Traineeship applications will be been taken 15 February 2021 and 10 March 2021.

The application calendar is expected to proceed as follows:

Applications: 15 February 2021-10 March 2021

English Proficiency Exam for Exchange Programs : 13 March 2021

Approval of the relevant Department / Program Erasmus Coordinator using OIBS program no.145 (Red-Green Light): 29 March 2021-4 April 2021 (detailed information will be given later)

Announcement of Results: 30 April 2021

Important Reminders:

•  Students who had to cancel their Erasmus due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020-2021 academic year were given a right to postpone their mobilities to the Fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. For this reason,  there existed a need to update the quotas for the 2021-2022 selections. You can find the list of updated quotas (Annex 1) in the attachment. 
•  As a result of  Brexit, schools in the UK will not be included in the Erasmus study mobility applications for the 2021-2022 academic year. 
• ·However, for traineeship activity it will be possible to apply for a company or a university UK for the last time.
