Applications for undergraduate and graduate student vehicle permits (yellow and brown) for the 2026–2027 academic year will be conducted digitally through the METU Campus Vehicle Management System (KTYS) at ktys.metu.edu.tr, starting on October 8, 2026. All procedures, including vehicle permit applications, approval processes, lottery applications and draws, fee payments, and vehicle changes, will be handled online through this system.
As in previous years, undergraduate students wishing to participate in the lottery for yellow vehicle permits must complete their online applications through the relevant system between October 8 and October 18, 2026, taking into account the quota allocated to each department by the respective department chairs.
The lottery draw will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 9:30 AM in Hall A of the Culture and Convention Center. The draw will be open to attendees.
