The deadline for evaluating proposals from our departments regarding the completion of course transfer/credit recognition, course add/drop, and registration status procedures that could not be carried out during the registration process for the 2026–2027 academic year, Fall Semester, as well as the correction of registration errors that occurred during the registration process, has been set as October 23, 2026. These proposals will be reviewed by the Faculty Executive Board.
Another issue concerning registration involves students who have not received advisor approval. There are two groups of students who have not received advisor approval:
1. Students who did not receive advisor approval during either the registration period or the course add/drop period. Even if these students have fulfilled their tuition/contribution fee obligations, they are considered unregistered.
2. Students who received advisor approval during the registration period but subsequently made changes during the course add/drop period without having those changes approved by their advisors. The courses they registered for during the initial registration period remain valid. All changes they made to their existing registration during the course add/drop period are considered invalid.
