Dear 4th-grade students,

The list of technical elective courses to be offered in the 2023-2024 Spring Semester is provided in the table below. Technical elective courses are only available to 4th-grade students. To indicate your preferences, please fill out and submit the preference form linked by February 20, 2024, at 23:59 (Tuesday). Please note that your last submission before the specified date will be considered your valid preference, and access to the form will be disabled after the mentioned date. If you have definite courses that clashes with the technical elective courses, please state which course clashes with what technical elective course, and notify us of the issue. If you must receive a certain number of technical elective courses to graduate, please state this as well. Note that such special issues will only apply to courses you must definitively take to graduate, and does not include any situations where you can resolve the issue in another way.

The list of students who can enroll in the courses will be determined based on your preferences, your CGPA, and the course's capacity. This list will be communicated to you before the add-drop period. Please remember that selecting a course in your preferences does not mean you are registered for it. You will need to add these courses to the registration system and obtain approval from your advisor during the add-drop period. Enrollment requests for courses after the add-drop period will not be accepted, as the necessary information has been provided in this notice.

Değerli 4. sınıf öğrencilerimiz,

2023-2024 Bahar Döneminde açılacak teknik seçmeli derslerin listesi aşağıdaki tabloda verilmiştir. Teknik seçmeli dersleri sadece 4.Sınıf öğrencileri alabileceklerdir. Tercihlerinizi belirtmek için linki iletilen tercih formunu 20 Şubat 2024 Salı günü saat 23:59'a kadar doldurup gönderiniz. Belirtilen tarihten önce ilettiğiniz son gönderiminizin, geçerli tercihiniz olarak değerlendirileceğini ve belirtilen tarihten sonra forma erişiminizin kaldırılacağını lütfen unutmayın. Sadece ders çakışmaları ile ilgili özel bir durumunuz var ise bu dersleri en son tercihlerinize yazın. Mezuniyetiniz için kesin bir sayıda ders almak zorunda iseniz bu durumları bildirin. Kesin olarak almadığınız dersler veya kesin olarak ihtiyaç duymadığınız teknik seçmeli ders sayısı ile ilgili durumlar kabul edilmeyecektir.  

Tercihlerinize, genel not ortalamanıza ve dersin kontenjanına göre, derse kaydolabilecek öğrencilerin listesi belirlenip ekle-bırak (add-drop) dönemi öncesi sizlere bildirilecektir. Yaptığınız tercihlerin derse kayıt anlamına gelmediğini, seçildiğiniz dersleri ekle-bırak (add-drop) döneminde kayıt sistemine eklemeniz ve danışmanınızın onayını almanız gerektiğini unutmayın. Teknik seçmeli ders kaydının ekle-bırak (add-drop) döneminde yapılması gereği bilgisi sizlere bu yazı ile bildirildiği için ekle-bırak (add-drop) sonrası kayıt talepleri reddedilecektir.
